A development of private villas on a hillside site overlooking the coast near Rethymno. Each villa is independently positioned to preserve privacy and view, while sharing a common organizational logic: terraced gardens, a consistent architectural vocabulary of rendered mass and stone, and a single shared entry route through the site.
